Did you verify that you can connect from the computer your running outlook on?

You can do that by making a telnet session to the SMTP server you setup in outlook I assume it is? sergiosarcos.com.ve

Then you should see this:

telnet sergiosarcos.com.ve 25
Trying 162.252.57.189...
Connected to sergiosarcos.com.ve.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 server.sergiosarcos.com.ve ESMTP Postfix

or make a telnet session to server.sergiosarcos.com.ve 25

If not something is blocking your connection (can be your local firewall) or maybe the firewall of your I.S.P.
Or maybe but not likely CSF on the CWP server.

Are you using a VPS server?

Maybe your access provider is blocking outgoing connections to port 25 (some do
to prevent spamming and only allow their mailserver to be used for sending mail
through port 25)

You can check this from your computer make a telnet session to the server name
you configured for outgoing mail on port 25 . If nothing happens in your terminal
/ dos window screen then you are blocked.

I am not sure if CWP supports alternative ports (465 or 587) but you can give those ports a try.
