you would need to contact csf firewall developers about that.
Main firewall goal is to receive instant updates about issues so this wouldn't be a best option.

You can always whitelist some process sending high amount of emails and which you have checked and confirmed that are legit.

you can try to add other dns zone for your hostname only...also you can play with the dns zone by adding hostname before or after the wildcard line

you would probably need to check that with your server provider since that looks like server provider limit

https://www.mail-tester.com/

also this site will check your reputation and rDNS/hostname match

once you have this all fully set then it should be working
