hi its seems some resolver issue try to check nameservers are correctly set in /etc/resolv.con

now i've been 8hours working to install CWP actually this is my very first time

Need your help 

always loading until RTO to access myipaddress:2030 or https://myipaddress:2031 ( just loading and no response at all )
buy when I access the root, there is no problem

Very little to go on but check useDNS is zero, in your sshd config.

you didn't added the ssh port (changed) to csf firewall configs
