Thanks for your reply. For this project I will have 8 cores 30Gb ram 800GB ssd drive with unlimited monthly bandwidth @600 Mbit/sec port. With this much RAM do I still need swap?
I am always confused which domain to put in hostname, should it be the main domain for which I am setting up the email server for? Or it should be any other domain to access the server only?
Should I put mydomain.com as hostname or make it server.mydomain.com? And then how to Configure ssl for the hostname so that access to cpanel for admin and user are secured via ssl.

hello,
i want to deploy an email server which is suppose to receive 5000 email per hour max and 20000 a day in total. is postfix and dovecot can handle this much incoming email traffic smoothly by default setting with cwp pro? or do i have to fine tune some setting/parameters to optimize the mail server performance?
kindly suggest if cwp pro can be used to manage email server on large scale? how stable is it ? did someone tested it on a busy server.

yes i added smartwebsolutions.club in hostname cert manually. now in the cwp user panel i am using the same domain i.e. smartwebsolutions.club to host my website and i have created several subdomains. after i change the hostname to sws.pk , do i have to manually change anything in the cwp user panel for the main site and its subdomains to work with new domain i.e. sws.pk
i think i have to create custom name servers with this new domain sws.pk to point to my server right ? i.e. ns1.sws.pk & ns2.sws.pk

the first time i stop and start dovecot service the issue was resolved .... but unfortunately after i had to reboot the server , the issue appears back again and this time stop start the dovecot service doesn't help.
someone at plesk forum is suggesting to fix the permissions for : # chown root:dovecot /var/run/dovecot as its root:root in my case if you see my output shared before.
should i change the dovecot folder permission as above ? how it was working fine before with root:root ? anyidea

i want to change the root domain which i setup initially to access my server i.e. smartwebsolutions.club:2031 , how can i change it to sws.pk:2031 , will all the subdomain sites will be working on new domain as it is ? is there a script to change it in all configuration files needed.... ?

i am having master.pid file cant be found error as below. i have check /var/run/dovecot/master.pid exists with the following permissions. can someone suggest me why i am getting this error as the file and folder already exists with valid pid info inside.

and where is that option , i cant find it.... nproc/nofile limit ....what should be the limit set??? details plz
