1. Telnet port 25 other server from your server, if connected, try rebuild postfix
2. Stop csf and maybe iptables, and try no. 1, if failed, may be port 25 closed by your provider.

If you have access to ssh, also possible you can use winscp,  then you can copy /backup folder... and move/import to other cwp...

try to stop firewall/iptables first..

That because your server recieve email contain rar attachment, may be other archive file too (ace, lha) where amavis cant extract it.

yes you can use google smtp port 587, at very limited daily rate.
afaik, outgoing email address will (forced) change to use authenticated user for smtp submission.. i hope you understand what i mean

You need port 25 open, if cant,  useless
Another way is relay to another server,  will work with other port than 25

I've tried once, juat for test, restore from cpanel full backup, email account and all email will be imported, but email password will be created random. make sure, you restore from full cpanel backup.

You can actually ignore error mesages, as long as backup process finished and files/folders inside backup same as sources.

Several times install cwp, always get same problem. Also happen when rebuilding postfix.
Try to remove  clamav, spamassasin and amavis, and reinstall all of them manually from ssh, might will fix problem.

but for me, i only need amavis as email content filter, so clamav removed, spamassasin disabled.

usually, email servis working out of the box, just make sure port 25 not blocked by you Internet/VPS/Dedi provider..

of course real question, just want make sure you own static public IP. Because google, yahoo, hotmail sometime refuse to accept direct email from non static publick IP, they might also refuse ip with ptr record contain ip/part ip address (eq isp-adsl-110.22.***)
