you can only change per user by using htaccess and php selector, as php-switcher is a global server version.

the only difference it that it will have custom configuration for webservers and private ips set as interface ips, port forward is done on the router.
This sounds simple but it wasn't, it required modifications on more than 40 locations of the CWP files.
