you should check this issue with your system admin or our managed support if you don't have any admin or managed service for your server.
Don't forget that there can't be somebody on the forum resolving your issues for free, also if you want to help then have you consider donating project or somehow to improve it by contributing your part of knowledge, or you just like to get everything for free and that others do everything for you?

freeDNS is a cluster so one server should be always running if something happens with other server.
but you can always setup nameservers on your CWP server, it has all what is needed for that.
