CentOS 6 Problems / Re: Web Site Yayınlama
« on: March 17, 2015, 03:30:30 AM »
I have several dudes about that installation.

It's running a local server.
Dns must be replicated worldwide. If you run your own dns server that can be a pain.

Also, we all don't need to manually translate whatever it wrote.
As i know, this is an english forum.

DNS Manager / Re: Access denied you are not an administrator
« on: March 13, 2015, 07:12:07 PM »
I don't know who is the admin of that service.

I've check the same thing you've say. Seems that this is the way to block free service to maximum and only the first 3 domains you add.

If you got trouble, create another account for new domains :P

A good password with:
  • +10 char lenght
  • Alphanumeric + symbol
  • Not derived from real word

Will consume +10 years on average to bruteforce it.

If you configure your vps correctly you have not to worry lammer-level attacks. Also became funny. Many friend of my say "tell me your ip, i will put down your website in few minutes" and im still here :)

GREAT PASSWORD + CSF ANTI-DDOS SCRIPT + ANTI-SLOWLORIS when build apache from cwp is your friend.

Keepass power!

Installation / Re: How to open port 2030
« on: March 12, 2015, 02:35:53 PM »
I think it opened cwp panel from it's own vps, using a text mode browser so we don't know really if the port is open.

As you Admin point on other post, ssl ports are preconfigured on the cfs firewall.
People not using CSF must deal with iptables, right?

Installation / Re: FULL BACKUP
« on: March 10, 2015, 05:33:41 AM »
AHa, you're talking about the rsync option below the others. Didn't configure yet, but planning. Now i pay my laziness.

Im asking you about a list of the folders used by CWP to backup them all at onces.
My VPS is not killed, still running and i can save files.

So, i figure out that your rsync script has a list of the paths i need.
Can you share that please?

I have started a whole copy of the filesystem, but a list of folders would be nice to restore only the needed.

Regards.

Information / Re: CWP to control multi-server environment?
« on: March 10, 2015, 05:21:58 AM »
SO, are we talking about clustering?

This question is so much interesting to me.
I've think about use a separate VPS for each kind of task (apache, mysql, mail, dns)

It may be done using iptables redirection of the ports, and also rsync.
Doing that you can save all data into a main machine, but use the external copy of your resources.

Anyway, that is not an easy task, and the cluster option is a lot better than simply patch and redirect.

Installation / FULL BACKUP
« on: March 06, 2015, 07:24:54 AM »
Hi.

I broke a half of my Centos VPS. Cant get back and im on the road to backup full filesystem. Anyway, the good solution is called backup, not reinstall  :'(

Is there any way to FULL backup the CWP server??
I mean at LEAST conf files, home users.

I actually know about backup feature, but that only stores the /home/USER, not the conf files, nor other important files.

I can rebuild from scratch, but i guess is better if i learn to restore.

Any appreciation is OK, you still can help me before break it more  ::)

MySQL / Re: How do i upgrade phpmyadmin import file size
« on: March 01, 2015, 02:08:27 AM »
You may be able to set those values from the cwp admin panel.
Use PHP.ini configuration under main menu.

A more easy configuration of those two commands can be done using menu PHP Settings -> Simple editor.

You didn't answer me.

Which setting did you change? You say:
Quote
import file size
which is not a value name of the php.ini values.

You should open the current php.ini and set 2 values, not just one.
post_max_size=100M
upload_max_size=100M

On wich file did you make the changes?
Mine is at /usr/local/php/php.ini  path.

CSF Firewall / Re: Port for SSL

YOU ARE TOTALLY WRONG.

I do not reply you because i read you. I enter the post to answer you before read, so you are totally wrong on your guess.

Escuss me is usually a reason to do not help you. So consider lucky about me.

About the question: did you read the conf file? is just easy to locate the big string with the ports.

Regards.
