50MB/sec is likely from a very loaded RAID array shared amongst many VPS users, using older disk technology. They are likely overselling and over-provisioning users to get as many accounts on a single server as possible. Most providers nowadays are using SSDs unless you need a LOT of online storage, which then makes more sense to use "spinning rust." But then again, I'm running my own servers at a colocation facility, so I have RAID SSDs and backup HDs tuned to my configuration needs! So I/O blocking is not so much an issue for me.

If you have to, you could create 1:1 reseller package to username as a work around.
reseller_01 = user_01
reseller_02 = user_02
And so forth. I am not doing reselling, so I can't test this concretely -- but it should work if not too many accounts!

but the problem is
the reseller quota will not included to quota that user already use ...


so it more like


package reseller 10 GB for account reseller01
then
reseller01 will have 10GB it own space + 10 GB for the user account

Backup / BUG? Backup BETA vmail more than 2GB

i lost email 3GB because the backup not working
with capacity 3GB from total 7 GB
i do full Backup compressed using backup BETA


(this is test account actually, i fill the email about 3GB to  test - text email with some jpg attachment, to simulate normal email activity)


after backup the file size at full backup manual folder file size about 1.7GB


then i remove the real account
then i restore it using backup BETA-->restore


it only restore 256MB and some trouble in roundcube mail with PLAIN AUTH error
then i fix it with change password
after that, i login to my mail box...


viola... no inbox only sent and spam folder.
email restored 256 MB only w/o inbox

The FM only works within each account, if you want to manage your client's files you must autologin in the subaccount

It's a big deal that such a fundamental issue is a problem. The system is very nice and I like its advanced performance. I think they should do something about the quota issue.

Hello guys!

I've been experimenting with CWP for a while now. We already have several servers in production using it and we like it.

Most errors are resolved by doing a "rebuild".

I solved this problem on one of the servers by doing the following:

Select WebServers -> Save & Rebuild Configuration

I understand that many days have passed, but I hope this information can help someone in the future.

try to disable varnish.varnish64 repo.. then rebuild

Cwp Panel Resource usage is high in idle time
mostly ram and swap is filled due to that server having downtime frequently
only running 2-3 normal websites 

My VPS Configuration
4 vCPU
8GB RAM
200GB SSD
Almalinux OS
using CWP Pro

disable clam etc etc...

I and many people want to use the product commercially, but unfortunately it is impossible to offer it to our customers until these quota problems are resolved.

yes... i use this pro almost 1 year and still i cant offering reseller, because the quota problem
and the regular hosting calculation / reguler user under root. i have only 3 people that can understand for the quota have a little problem


i told them, we use cwp and cwp at this moment release version small bug about quota
12 registered user
only 3 say ok ( 2 of them only use for email )
the other 9 ... they left






Is there a difference in the dealer quota? is it working properly? <--- try to create 1 reseller

im too tired to write quota error at cwp forum and bug report...
too many report i made
but only 1 fixed...




what i can say....
under $2 license only hoping someone pay for support and then support fix the bug then publish it for all cwp pro user
