I am replying to myself the solution in case somenone has the same problem.
The theme are lockated under
/usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/cwp_theme/
I have downloade the two theme folders design & dark from another cwp installation and copied them into cwp_theme.
Now they work fine.

Hello,
I am new to CWP and i have accidentally the themes under Plugins> Themes & Languages.
Now i cannot login as user i get a white page.
How can i restore them?
