CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Unable to access CWP

Hello,
I am unable to access CWP panel and see below error in error logs:

2020/05/04 15:11:40 [error] 21581#0: *18 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: The file /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/login/index.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6 and cannot run under PHP 7.1 or later.
Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 7.1. in Unknown on line 0" while reading response header from upstream, client: 203.193.165.227, server: localhost, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/login.sock:", host: "203.193.165.234:2083"

Allow backup of all accounts including databases same as cPanel and also restore multiple accounts from this backup same as cpanel

did you try copying the backup files in /root/backup folder. >> yes but no luck

I have taken daily backup in the backup drive and mounted this backup drive but when i try to restore it dropdown don'e show any users.
is there any command to restore the account from the backup?
