do not use those distclean and install before: yum install expat-devel

after will continue with more error, I gave up LOL ... unresolved external related with XML...

cd /tmp/apache-build/apr-1.6.3
make distclean

says:
make: *** No rule to make target `distclean'.  Stop.

I think this tutorial is broken :S
