CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead.

Hello,
I have in trouble with cwp panel, I have created user account and then I created FTP account in this domain. but when I try to connect from filezilla , it shows me below error message , could you help me for solving this trouble issue please ?
