cgroups resource limits not working even its enabled and configured well.
I have set cpu limit 20% for particular user but that user is using full CPU or more than allowed. Even I restart the service and reboot vps but no effect.

I am having problem with Extplorer file manager, Its not logging in even username and password is correct.
I am trying to delete it and wana again install it for particular client panel but its not deleting again comes to same page after process.
I have fix account permission from admin panel but still not fixed.
All other created client panels are working well just problem with 1.
I am using CWP version: 0.9.8.523
