I came across this https://codecanyon.net/item/hosting-billing-domain-and-hosting-invoicing-system/26531743 and it looks promising, I am willing to pay a bit for CWP integration, lets see what the developer says.

or u can use boxbilling, not sure they updated it.. but if its abounded you can custom it and sso it to you're site to hosting billing just easy..

okay when i restart my server few times.. i saw this in my client area portal called fantastico_f3
when i clicked on it, it gave this error:  unauthorized module fantastico_f3

i think this was the auto script installer by Softaculous
but yet in the client area, it shows another name

i can't seem to find a folder for client httpdocs just to edit it

An update to the post, i am now using abantecart which is free and very easy to work with. No need to pay whmcs any money.

not sure, but you would have to add there url and account by hand right?

and yet the tmp is working fine, and json is installed fine, not sure what it can be ?
