Updates / Upgrade to CWPpro not working!

I upgraded to the CWPpro version days ago and I still do not have it. I have tried running

/bin/bash /scripts/update_cwp multiple times and that still hasn't worked. I opened a ticket as well and support has been less than helpful and just doesn't seem to care that I am having the problem.Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
