E-Mail / Re: Roundcube - Database error connection failed
« on: January 25, 2024, 06:53:55 PM »
I do not use roundcube but it has been installed by default and backup jobs will include it's db,
which does not exist for some reason, by default and generates errors.
I do however see a roundcube user grants in the list of db users.
Even removing the program will not remove the generated scripts in backup for things that never installed fully.
But this is an annoying error. One of many with no direction to fix and exploding my logs.

Backup / Re: New Backup Error
« on: January 13, 2024, 06:07:16 PM »I know what you mean, but the whole point of the beta phase is to discover the bugs and give feedback so that developers can improve it.
Now I understand why it is still beta for 5+ years.

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Multiple times per year, My CWP Pro Licenece evaporates
« on: November 16, 2020, 05:19:24 AM »
I really am getting tired of this to the point I may switch or build my own web panel. It's not doing anything I can't do myself. It's just nice to be quick look and control.
I pay for CWP Pro, and 5 times a year, it evaporates. Sometimes a restart will fix it, other times I have to fight to get it back and now, CWP does not seem to care enough for a quick support question for something i am paying for and not getting for 30 days a year.
Surely I am not the only one that gets this about update time,
Not spending a week on it this time... will move on...

Just a guess but you may need to create the directory yourself and be sure it has adequate permissions and ownership.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: I installed CWP but I can not login (without any error message)
« on: December 05, 2018, 09:37:00 AM »
Not sure exactly all the details (think I might need more)
Always important to copy and save the install txt when it's done.
(off the server) user/pass/ports and ssl key are all presented.
Try user root and your pass on https://server.com:2087 and/or http://server.com:2086
It is important to use the right ports
One for user and one for admin
then ssl or not... if ssl then https:// and correct port
perhaps it's not your issue but worth a look.
