Make sure their domain points directly to the server's ip.
If they are using cloudflare or any other service it can mess with that.

Looks like inserting manually the domain into the domains table didn't fix the issue.
SubDomain module and MySQL still don't work.

Found the culprit, the domains were no longer assigned to any user in the root_cwp database in the domains table.
I deleted the users, recreated them and again same problem, they vanished after some time from that table.
So i guess this might be something to be looked into.

All of the sudden with no changes made on the panel, the subdomain module doesn't seem to work on the user panel.
On the dashboard it loads the used and the max amount of subdomains from the package but on the module it doesn't.
Might be a bug from a new update.
