Hi,
As per your issue, Please follow the below steps:-

1. Login to CWP panel.
2. Go to PHP Settings.
3. Click on PHP Pecl Extensions
4. Search soap extension
5. Install version which you want.
6. It will be installed automatically.
7. Restart the Apache to reflect changes.
