Installation / Setting up CWP for the first time, what have I done wrong?

Hi,
I have successfully done the following:
- Created custom nameservers with my domain registrar (123-Reg)
- Changed the nameservers in CWP to reflect the above
- Setup one hosting package
- Setup the root email
Whilst I can now add new accounts (other domains) and everything works, I cannot see the the webpage for my main account/hostname (the domain I have used for the nameservers). When I go to the domain Chrome says "This site can’t be reached www.****.co.uk’s server IP address could not be found."
Please, could someone let me know what I'm doing wrong?
