CentOS Configuration / User not showing up in user's tab- but i can login with it

I created a user before i installed centos web panel. However that user is not shown in the root user's tab. But i CAN login with the user in centos web panel.
How can i add it to the user's list?

CSF Firewall / teamspeak is "suspicious process" (exceeding seconds?)

I installed teamspeak 3 under a account and i'm getting constant annoying emails that a "suspicious process" is running under the user wich i used to install teamspeak 3.
"exceeded: 30912 > 1800 (seconds)"
What does this mean and how can i make sure i dont get these mass emails anymore?

i dont like to be reliable on the uptime of this service since its external and not under my control.
Is there a way you could implement this internally on a hosted server in your web panel?
