You have to switch to ssd as that is the likely culprit for your high cpu usage, for rdns records, you have to ask your host to do it for you, as that have to be done not on the box itself.

Your disk io is bad, that could be an issue, are you using hdd or ssd? I would recommend switching to ssd if it isnt.

It seems google and hotmail has blocked you from sending emails to their network, try contacting amazon on what the issue is, this is not a cwp issue.

Your email source is showing your dkim, spf & dmarc are passing, so that should not be an issue, have you check whether your ip is clean & clear from all rbls?, this is not really a cwp issue, it takes time to build ip reputation, took me months before i got 98% delivery straight to inbox rate for thousands of my users.

I have configured my CWP on an AWS EC2 Instance,I have configured my rPTR records as well,Also DKIM and SPF records are enabled on server,
Still The emails i m sending from my cwp server are going to spam on gmail,yahoo and other big email clients,
Can anyone please recommend what should be done?

That means ssl is enabled but you have links or images that are not ssl compliant, they start like http:// instead of https://. Not related to cwp at all, but on your website or application.

Suggestions / A couple of suggestions for nginx, phpfpm & a couple of things

When selecting nginx as the main webserver, nginx is shown as nginx reverse proxy instead of just nginx, i know its not important but i hope this can be changed so as to not confuse users.
Php-fpm php settings is confusing when i first started, i was confused by the three diff php selectors, maybe disable the other two when using php fpm? and php configuration & php simple editor should be linked to the php fpm version.
Backup solution, instead of having backups not being tar or compressed, why not have it compressed to save file size on servers, this would make cwp more viable for users and web hosters, also if a solution like cpanel full account restore can be implemented would be great.
I hope all these can be implemented as this would make cwp a viable option for all those hosters out there with the recent issue with cpanel raising prices for hosters.
