Do you want to PM the domain name in question so we can see the page, look at the code -- or have you already done that?

my question is how could even a blank directory can show a web page when I change the user agent to googlebot (via browser developer tool)

BTW it has been fixed now by the CWP support team.. still I would like to know how it happen...

all of the website in the server is same.. it's not for perticuler domain.. even If I delete all the files from a purticuler domain.. still showing spam page
example

for example.com I deleted all the files inside public_html/* complete blank public_html directory.. but if I view the website as google bot it'll show me the spam page.. but if I open it normally it's show forbidden as it should be..

When I'm open any website it's working file and looking all ok. but if I change the user agent to google bot then it shows a spam betting app page.
i deleted all the files from the public_html directory but still it display the same page when I set the useragent as google bot.. but if open normally it shows forbidden as it should be..

Any idea where could the the issue is? I'm facing this issue after I did setup the new server on 6th sep. I installed nothing extra on the server from third party website except csf firewall from the github repo.

Hi I've a domain which I had suspended earlier but now unsuspended it. But still that domain is showing account suspended page. Tried to terminate and recreate the account but still same issue.

Kindly make the IP based cookies validation optional like cpanel/whm does. It's a really useful if someone is using ISP like jio. Autologout is really an headache. whole day I was unable to successfully login for even one time and for this reason I'm unable to do my job.

It seems to be problem with the reseller module.

1st I added 3 reseller package and tried to create a reseller user account and faced the issue. I also tried to create a normal user account same issue faced. but when I upgraded one normal account to reseller it worked then with the new reseller account I tried to create a sub user account but faced same issue.

After lot of troubles I decided to remove the packages and restarted the cwp. Add account functionality started working again.

Kindly check the same and update into this thread if anybody face same issue.

Same problem with me. It was working properly before but today when I was testing reseller accounts it's not working any more.
Whenever I try to create an account it shows accounts created successfully but then in the accounts list it's not showing those accounts when I tried to recreate it it shows user is already exist in passwd. I tried 4 times with  different domains and usernames still same issue.

I recently noticed that user configration files are also missing so I tried sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf. but still no success. please somebody help me.
