DNS Manager / The DNS server is not responding to a SOA record request over TCP

Hello! There is a problem when delegating the domain sport-kostyumy.ru. The domain is registered on https://www.nic.ru. The following server DNS are specified:
pns11.cloudns.net
pns12.cloudns.net
pns13.cloudns.net
pns14.cloudns.net
When testing DNS, the following is returned:
The DNS server is not responding to a SOA record request over TCP. The DNS server name has been removed from the list of scanned.
pns11.cloudns.net
pns12.cloudns.net
pns13.cloudns.net
pns14.cloudns.net
