Postfix / email send mark as spam
« on: October 22, 2015, 04:26:30 AM »
Hi
I am not familiar to re config mail server (postfix and dovecot).
after read many article about mail server,
what I have done to avoid email mark as a spam is:
- enable rDNS (in this case, I set my hostname with "ssd.natanetwork.com"
- In the postfix manager, I check rDNS and spf&dkim.
- restart server
when I create a new mailbox which is using domain "ssd.natanetwork.com", it comes to inbox. but when I create another mailbox with other domain ex: abc.com, all email goes to spam folder..
so far I don't know how to solve that kind of issue. anyone can help would be appreciate. thanks
