E-Mail / Setting up the email (not sure about server settings)
« on: March 06, 2020, 12:22:38 PM »
Hi Folks, I would really appreciate a bit of advice.
I have never had to set up emails before so not exactly sure where I find the information for the email programs
What is the incoming server address and SMTP address?
I have probably missed it completely so if someone could point me in the right direction.

Other / Re: Google Postmaster unable to verify
« on: March 05, 2020, 11:18:50 AM »you can verify the cname via any 3rd party dns checker if it loads correctly. If it doesn't work then you've added cname in wrong formatCan you suggest a good checker?

Hey Folks,
I was not sure where this would fit so here it is.
I am slowly setting up the server to host some local rescues websites for nothing to help them out.
But, when I go to do the postmaster verification from google. https://postmaster.google.com
It just does not seem to see the cname record I have added to the sites. Has anyone had to deal with this before? is it a port or something else I might be missing to get this right?>
