Installation / Fresh CentOS Web Panel Installed but not functioning properly

Hi
I have Just installed CWP on centOS 7. unfortunately after log in to CWP through web browser, I receive errors below for a seconds and then panel start loading but without any functioning buttons. I would appreciate if any one can help me on this issue, its my first time installing this package.
Warning: mysqli_error() expects exactly 1 parameter, 0 given in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/functions/func_mysql.php on line 0
Warning: mysqli_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, boolean given in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/functions/func_mysql.php on line 0
