DNS / Name server asking for IPV4 and IPV6

Hi Centos Community,
I am having an issue - one that I believe may be a newbie issue.
I am creating a trying to host my website with a KVM plan
and using the Centos Web Panel.
I am using the following instructions as my set up:

My issue
When I go to my Domain Name Registrar (1and1) and insert my Name server
It prompts me to also insert a IPV4 and IPV6. I have provided a img below.
Any ideas on what could be happening?
