CentOS-WebPanel GUI / HELP! Dashboard icons/links are FROZEN and unable to display or list item data
« on: November 28, 2023, 05:15:54 PM »
Help! Ever since the latest update version: 0.9.8.1172 of 27/Nov/2023, my CWP7 Admin Control panel is FROZEN. It appears that the data list tables in the control panel are frozen, NOT working and unable to display data table items.
I am experiencing these problems with None of the dashboard icon/links responding when clicked and unable to display data table listed items.
1 - Restart CWP services link, Verifying versions link etc are all not working or not responding when clicked
2 - Unable to display or list database list
3 - Unable to display or list domain name list
4 - Unable to display or list phpMyAdmin page
5 - The verifying version link is NOT responding and stuck on loading verifying version icon
6 - All other data that has to be listed and displayed by the data table is not being displayed or listed
7 - The control panel takes too long or hangs up when I click any of the menu on the left of the control panel
See Photi here. I have 16 domain names but it will say that there are 16 but it will not display them: https://ibb.co/HFBVtWY
CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME? I HAVE ALREADY TRIED MANUALLY UPDATING USING SSH BUT NO CORRECTIONS

Scripts / Re: CWP update script
« on: November 28, 2023, 06:07:09 AM »
Simply disable the cron file that runs it daily. Or go to cron file and edit it to remove the cwp_update from cron. Or change the cron schedule to what ever schedule you prefer. The file named root should be the file you want to edit. remember not recommended, do so at your own risk. or search and find the cron file that runs scripts
see location of cron files...

Out of courtesy for others, you could take the time to use google translate to translate Korean to English before you post it.
It is just about respect and common courtesy to others on this forum.
Many people speak other different languages too and yet they attempt to post in a common language that others also understand.
Be considerate to others too.

Updates / Help! CWP7 is frozen veryfying version CWP7: 0.9.8.1172 released on 27/Nov/2023
« on: November 28, 2023, 02:43:24 AM »
Is any one else having the same problem? Version CWP7: 0.9.8.1172 was released on 27/Nov/2023. The system attempted to update the version but it is stuck, trying to verify the version. So although I can login to the control panel all the other services are frozen.
I have tried using the manual update by ssh: "sh /scripts/update_cwp"
it seems to update fine, but on restart the panel is still frozen again and still stuck on trying to verify the version, with the update circular icon revolving on and on, stuck saying verifying the version.

See Attached photo. Any help?

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: Error creating accounts
« on: June 21, 2021, 05:25:56 PM »
It is definitely access permission error, on your CWP panel, try going to User Accounts > fix per permissions and for both user: Nobody and other accounts user: select all options and press: fix selected issues. then restart your server then try again to create the new user account. remember to check and verify that account "packages" are created and are active

I am running Centos 7. The new email, account that cant receive message but can send, was created on the primary CWP7 panel domain account: the error that I get is
"postfix/trivial-rewrite[25355]: warning: do not list domain mydomain.com in BOTH mydestination and virtual_mailbox_domains"
And the bounce back error to a sender is:
"This is the mail system at host: mydomain.com I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message. The mail system
<newemail@mydomain.com>: unknown user: 'newemail' "
Can some one hep me out to fix it?

CentOS 7 Problems / Correcting error when creating new domain DNS: Domain has no address.
« on: June 21, 2021, 05:02:40 PM »
Just in case it might help others. When I added a new domain on my CWP panel, I was unable to create SSL encryption, even after 48 Hrs or more of the new domain added, it kept putting out an error: Domain has no address. I check that all the name server NS and other DNS information was correct. After trying so many other suggestions, I found out that it was my domain registrar that had added DNSSEC information to the domain. So when you get the error domain has no address, make sure you go to your domain registrar and delete DNSSEC data.
