Other / ffmpeg-You have to enable shell_exec error

I want to enable shell_exec() in ffmpeg. I checked in php.ini disabled_functions. It is not related with ffmpeg.

ffmpeg-You have to enable shell_exec in CWP

please help me to where is the option.actually in WHM Panel ,Multiple PHPINI Editor setting mode are a option to enable
