Apache / Website blocked after installing mod_rewrite

Hey all,
I am new to CWP and Centos 7.
I installed mod_rewrite in Centos 7, now the one website on my server is blocked, connection timed out.
If there is anyone who are able to help me with this problem.

Is there someone whom can help me, I am trying to open a port on CWP - the port is listed on the firewall but cant connect to the port, can someone please help me?
