Aplications / Re: Can't access to WEBDAV
« on: August 18, 2023, 05:48:18 AM »
Hi guys,
When is the WebDAV available?
This is a must-have for every user.
It would be great to also add the CalDAV for Roundcube for each user so we can share it as an Internet calendar.
Thank you for your hard work in adding the needed features that other hosting platforms have for many years now.

DKIM / Re: How to setup DKIM for domain using remote DNS servers
« on: April 26, 2022, 05:51:20 AM »
Hi rcschaff82@gmail.com,
It seems that you are the guru here and I have some issues with DKIM validation.
Would you be so kind to advise what should I do? Thank you in advance.
I have two errors.
Here is the first one:
96
of 100
MailGenius Score
We've found 2 thing(s) you can do to avoid landing in the spam folder and increase security.
However, there are several other factors that go into deliverability such as domain reputation, list hygiene etc., which play a large role when inboxing. You can be authenticated and follow best practices, but if recipients mark your emails as spam, they'll be classified as spam.
Test Failed - Your DKIM key has errors.
Severity of the problem: High
Why is this important?
Publishing a DKIM key will will reduce the likelihood of your messages being blocked or ending up in the spam folder. It will also prevent spoofing by adding a digital signature to your email headers.
Problems you can fix:
(-2 points) Your email is not properly authenticated with DKIM.
Solution:
Update your DNS records with the correct public DKIM key.
The public key, represented by the p= tag, on your DKIM DNS record is unverified or revoked.
Existing DKIM Signature Header:
Version: 1
Domain: roinro.com
Algorithm: rsa-sha256
Algorithm_type: relaxed/simple
Selector: default
Existing DNS Records:
default._domainkey.roinro.com. 300 IN TXT v=DKIM1; k=rsa; d=roinro.com; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCw9S+PJ4CBpLq7zwX8EEFc9LYk0cUn2rXkHlWuVX5HuzeUxIOOZolbZelK08OQUudcXX5W3Sd8titOKEQJ+EEqaMqFlirdN2xBv5KJDPqxqBhjXM4vH08/klnRxT/69NHg2DrWTSXNLb6D1MVojyfCiWSGbOu56uhz9zIoSeslLwIDAQAB
(-1 points) The DKIM signature is not from the author's or envelope-from domain.
Solution:
Generate the domain key for your domain and publish a DKIM key from the tool that you used to send this email. Make sure that DKIM signing is turned on for your domain through your Email Service Provider.
Existing DKIM Signature Header:
Version: 1
Domain: roinro.com
Algorithm: rsa-sha256

NOTE: It may be signed with your Email Service Provider's default DKIM domain key instead.
Passing Tests:
Existing DKIM Signature
The email is signed with DKIM, whether or not it is a valid signature.
Here it is the second one:
Could be Better - Your email is missing the List-Unsubscribe header.
Severity of the problem: Low
Why is this important?
Spam complaints are the #1 factor that will hurt your email deliverability. Including an easy unsubscribe mechanism effectively helps prevent these spam complaints. Email Service Providers and spam filters also view it favorably when they make inboxing decisions.
Problems you can fix:
(-1 points) There is no List-Unsubscribe header.
Solution:
Using an email tool that allows you to alter email headers, add the List-Unsubscribe header with the appropriate mailto and/or link for receivers to unsubscribe with.
Many thanks.
Steve

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Re: Cant login to CWP User :2083
« on: March 03, 2022, 04:37:37 AM »
The same issue here ... It seems there are several threads with the same issue and nobody has found a solution.
The support seems to ignore us completely.
Very frustrating considering that thousands of admins have the same issue and there is no answer on how to fix it.
If they don't know the platform, then who does?
There must be a guru who knows a quick fix.
Thank you.

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Re: htaccess file protect can access file when file permission is 444
« on: March 02, 2022, 07:43:57 PM »
This is the action of a hacker which practically modifies files in the web folder and is able to set 444 permissions on this files.
All the security provided from MODsec shoud block these hacking behavior or at least CWP admins/devs should provide a patch for blocking these malicious instances.
What is suggested as a fix is practically making the website more vulnerable, rather than increasing the security.
Everyone is paying licenses and we are all suffering from lack of support on this matter.
Please advise.

How to / Re: CWP Load Balanced Email Server
« on: December 04, 2021, 08:56:03 PM »
Hi Difumetti,
I'm very interested in what you have posted and it would be great if you can elaborate a little more on the procedure.
I would like to test a dual CWP email server in load balancing having separate public IPs.
Having Sync users and database so in case one PIP is down the other server to serve the clients.
It is a nice project, yet I was looking at HAproxy and that seem to do the job for internal servers with LAN IPs, but not for external IPs.
We have to have a script to sync the users and the emails so to always have all emails and folders replicated to both servers.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards Steve.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / After changing user package, user can not login
« on: August 02, 2021, 06:51:21 AM »
Hi Support Team,
After changing user package, that user can not login. I have another user where the package didn't change and he is able to login.
Please advise as user is not able to login on https (port 2083) or http port 2082.
I have the CWP7pro version.
I restarted the server several times.
I rebuild-ed the Apache server
I also "changed the hostneme" (just saved it so it will regenerate the ssl certificate)
I cleared the cookies on the browser and also the whole browser history.
I closed the browser and rebooted the client machine.
I also applied all updates.
I'm able to connect on the web panel with root on port 2087 and I can go to users list and click on the configuration icon for the user with changed package and it will go to the host.domain.com:2083 and it won't pass the credentials.
If I enter credentials it will show me the logon is successful and then it will show again the logon screen.
It is very frustrating as I was extensively searching for a resolution and there is none so far. Years and hundreds of tickets were open and there is no response to this issue.
It seems that this issue is related to the rebuilding of the redirecting link with users credentials associated with the user configuration link from User accounts -> List Accounts
Can someone please look at this issue as it is very clear where the problem resides.
Please advise.
Stelian
