Apache / Re: Default Page Displayed for all domains
« on: February 18, 2015, 03:17:21 PM »
Orgest, I was running into a similar issue before. You are on both a Public and Private IP it seems. Make sure your domain's vHost is set to map to the private IP rather than the public, or give it a wildcard IP (*).
Also make sure you are allowing the directory over ride. If you want post a sample of your vhost configuration for that domain and maybe I can find out what is going on for you. you can blank out the server name or use a dummy address if you want not to list the domain address you are using on here.

Apache / Re: How to setup Website on the IP address

Sorry plesae disregard. I already got my vhosts to map properly. It was an issue between the public and private IP address I have with AWS EC2 instance. Both mapping the vhost to a wildcard IP or assigning the hostname IP for the vhost to the ""Private" rather than the public IP mapped the domain properly to the redirected user folder.

E-Mail / Re: Roundcube using internal IP address
« on: February 13, 2015, 07:36:27 PM »
This is the case with only the menu item link. It is using my internal IP as part of the link, rather than the server hostname or public IP. Is it possible to map the links using the internal IP to the hostname instead? is CentOS webpanel open source somewhere to update this code?

Thank you so much for creating this awesome software!!!

E-Mail / Re: Mail Forwarding but still keep email in the box?
« on: February 13, 2015, 07:34:24 PM »
do you have a mailbox for that email account or only forwarder?

He want's to have a mailbox that stores his emails but also forwards the emails to a specific email.

I've tested this by creating a support@ mailbox with a forward that goes to scott@ and it does not work. It just forwards it.

This is my experience as well. As much as I do lie the alias function to prevent email storage on my server, is it also possible to store the message by creating a forward in a different way to retain the email just forward a copy?

E-Mail / Dovecot Configuration Script for Rebuid
« on: February 13, 2015, 07:01:00 PM »
I think there is a bug in the configuration for the mail server rebuild.
Specifically, the configuration file is being built with the appropriate hostname ssl certificate. However, maybe this is intended, the configuration files does this:

ssl = yes
ssl_cert = </etc/pki/tls/certs/hostname.tld.crt
ssl_key = </etc/pki/tls/private/hostname.tld.key
ssl_verify_client_cert = no
ssl_ca =

The builtin SSL generator however produces files here:
/etc/pki/tls/certs/hostname.tld.crt
/etc/pki/tls/certs/hostname.tld.key (The SSL generates into the certs folder, not the private folder)

Is this intentional? if so it means manually moving the key file to the private folder so that the configuration pics it up.
Otherwise it could simply use the certs folder that the SSL generator produces the files into.

Anyway, just a though, if the recommended process is to move the key to the private folder, then can the SSL generator place it there itself?
In /etc/pki/tls/openssl.cnf I find where it states to place the generated cert files, but it does not separate the .key file on any particular line.

I am curious about this as well. I am runnind an AWS instance with a private internal IP and a static external one. Being able to update this link would allow for more convenience in using the interface without a manual link correction whenever I navigate. Not a big issue, just nice clean up for future improvement. I noticed that the interface for the PHPMyAdmin link is still using my internal IP rather than pulling from the shared IP or hostname so that my public IP can be used for access. BUMP.

Any other insights as to what can be the cause of this?
I have already attempted the suggested recommendation.
