CentOS 6 Problems / Mail php function not working

I have centos webpanel installed on my centos 6 server.
I am trying to setup mail function to allow a user to reset a password in the database on my website.
Problem is the mail function is not working fully.
It gives this :
ClamAV clamd is stopped
Anyone know a fix ?
As Postfix Mail Queue: 119 updates when ever i run Mail() php code but when i check
index.php?module=mail_queue
it gives the following errors
Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/mail_queue.php on line 0
