FTP / FTP do not stop

Please, anyone can help me out.
I am trying to disable FTP in CWP7. I stop FTP in Services Status. It stops but restarts by it self a minute later.
I disable it in chkconfig start up but it still restart automatically.
Now I have no clue what is happening.

Updates / PHP update

Hi all
I have Apache/2.4.34, CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804, CWPpro version: 0.9.8.740, MySQL version: 10.1.37-MariaDB, PHP version: 5.6.37 and Nginx up and running.
I use it mostly as a web server. I work with Wordpress entirely.
Now I would like to upgrade to PHP version 7. I thought that CWP did upgrades automatically, but not in this case.
So my question is. Are there ANY reason NOT to upgrade.
If I use the upgrade function in CWP how likely is it that I will get serious problems or ONLY problems. I do not have this experience but sure some one have.

CentOS 7 Problems / Backup not start

Hi all
I am fairly new to CWP Panel. So far it all works fine. Had help with setting it up.
Have one problem though. I can not get backup going. Nothing happens and of course all the settings are done and backup folders are in place.
I guess my "former" helper disabled it. I do not know how enable it. Probably an on/off switch in a config file, but can not find where.
Anyone?

Have latest  CWP version and pro.
