Installation / Fresh install, cant login into panel - 404

Hello,
I had CWP installed on a VPS with CentOS 6.8 minimal, everything seems to have installed fine but the panel is giving me a 404 error at http://myip.xyz:2030
What should I be checking? The VPS is behing a VPN.
