if you use your server for nameservers meaning that you will point domains to your ns1&ns2 subdomain then it needs to be a correct ip that is on the server.

port 2030/2031 is using hostname for the certificate so you will need to access it by the hostname

ssl module is auto activated by ssl certificate installer from cwp when you install certificate

try
sh /scripts/restart_cwpsrv
service cwpsrv status

if that fails try to check cwpsrv logs,info about paths is on the wiki

possible issue could be a hostname certificate whch you can fix with this command if you can't do it manually by editing files
sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf

nop, that anything was reported it would be already fixed, you need to check the logs and see where it was the issue, mostly server hack occurs if you use ssh at port 22 and week password.

yes, rDNS is a reverse dns for ip address and this can be set only by the ip range owner in your case ovh.
But it also requires that before setup of rDNS that A record at DNS is set for it.
