CentOS 6 Problems / The file /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/admin/index.php is corrupted.

I have recently upgraded my centos webpanel installation. After upgrade it was working fine, but after one day when I am trying to access admin it is throwing error
http://ourgoogle.in:2030/
And when I am trying to do
It is throwing this error:
