SSL / SSL for login using server IP
« on: October 03, 2018, 08:36:33 AM »
I am new to this panel and this question may have been already asked but I was unable to find it.

I am trying to secure my log in.   When I logged in to my control panel and i am recieving a certificate error for the SSL.

I have a SSL installed on the domain directed to a domain assigned to the IP address itself but when im logging in to the administration panel using the IP address like this:

Code: [Select]
https://www.123.456.789.12:2031
and log in,  it dosent have the ssl working to protect the administrator or user server logins and im getting a certificate error.

Also I found this error on the SSL checker while running the FQSDN

None of the common names in the certificate match the name that was entered (server1.broadcastmedia.co). You may receive an error when accessing this site in a web browser. Learn more about name mismatch errors.

how can i secure my login to the server IP address?
I also found this in my search but its outdated.

How to / Re: Get in touch with paid support
« on: May 11, 2018, 11:08:53 AM »
I just found https://support.centos-webpanel.com/ after two days coming back because my busy schedule and inability to find the link the first time apparently.

I would add that the link centered at the top of the page that says SUPPORT should take the end user to "support" here:
https://support.centos-webpanel.com/

Instead your website takes you to buy support.
http://centos-webpanel.com/support-services

One would think you need a link next to "support" that says "store" Hope this helps! ;)

Also the button on the control panel that says "support" again takes the end user to a store to buy a subscription.  Just a suggestion but from my interpretation  on where it needs to take the end user is https://support.centos-webpanel.com/clientarea.php

Any Paid Support account should have an icon for clients want fast access their support from with in the CWP control panel

How to / Get in touch with paid support
« on: May 11, 2018, 05:38:45 AM »
I have paid for support and am unable to submit a ticket.  I have sent emails but haven't seen a response.   I need help with this control panel and when I click on support ticket link on your website now it takes me to purchase support again.   I already have a subscription.   My PayPal email is separate from my email associated with this account.   Is that the problem here?

Please help.

Thanks
