CentOS 7 Problems / Cannot Ping Domains on CWP 7
« on: July 17, 2022, 12:32:46 AM »
Hello all,

Going to ask here as support doesn't think I have purchased a support package so I'm waiting on them to see that I have. So I'm having a bit of an issue. My CWP machine cannot seem to ping its own domains. I have a domain and one of the sub-domains is pointed to a seperate machine, please see the attached image for my network layout. I go to ping one of the domains that CWP has but its always 100% packet loss and its causing alot of my sites to have issues such as wordpress API failure and WHMCS CURL timeouts.

I'm trying to ping the subdomain on the diagram for .37. I've tried to disable both firewalls, ports are open etc. I have spent the entire day trying to get this sorted I just want WHMCS to be able to send the CURL request

Fixed it, wasn't anything to do with the server. I just rebooted my internet and that seems to have fixed it

CentOS 7 Problems / Nothing is working. Domains, subdomains.
« on: September 08, 2019, 12:33:28 AM »
Hello all,

I've noticed that I couldn't access my website so I thought i'd access the CP. But I can't access it from the domain. NONE of my domains are working. The error I get is "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". I can access the CP on the internal IP address ie "192.168.1.150".

The panel shows around 2.5GB/16GB, 2% CPU usage

CWP7 is running on a Dell PE R410

I've tried a reboot but nothing. This error is new to me. If I ping my domain it comes up with the IP address, the ports are open etc, nothing has been changed.

EDIT

I've just done a website checker and it could access it.
I went onto my phone and used my data and I could access it. So it's a internal error. Maybe router?

CentOS 7 Problems / WHMCS Order accept error (Array)
« on: March 05, 2019, 12:17:36 AM »
Hello,

I cannot get the WHMCS module to work. The order does not automatically create and when I go to manually activate it it throws an error with nothing but the word "Array".

I think it might be my API. The API seems to be trying to access itself from the static IP as when I click on one of the API functions it shows "https://192.168.0.150:2304..." I cannot access the api through my domain without it throwing a 404.

If I view the server api logs I get "unauthorized host"

Was this error solved?

My API settings show the URL to the API as my IPv4. I am still getting the error.
