CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Undefined index acc in ajax_mail_list.php (can't create new email)

Hello, I'm using CWP6.

Today I'm trying to add new email but failed.



Here is the error logs


I have already restart cwp but didn't solve this problem.

sh /scripts/restart_cwpsrv
so, How to fixed this?

Apache / Re: htaccess not work

I also get same problem..

I have a fresh installed cwp 9.8.240.

Then I install and configure CSF firewall..

Then i try to open my website, i've got 500 internal server error.

I pretty sure this happen because htaccess not working, because i got error when install wordpress. it says mod_rewrite doesn't work.

How to fix this? why a fresh installed CWP will get this error?
