« on: May 01, 2015, 08:17:37 PM »

I check that the first time but was not important to me.

Actually, i can reach admin page using ip:port/softaculous but have a blank page when i access from client panel.

I don't know what to inspect here.

Information / Re: Multiple domains under one account

Must edit vHost templating to fit these needs.

The only feature that can edit that is rebuild vHosts.

I've aswered this same question on another post and i found interesting.
I like too to create the folder named as the domain/subdomain.

It's more intuitive. There's no need to store apart "what is serving" that folder.
The best option is domain as name of the folder.

I am not 100% glad like you, because i dont like and missing some things.

But, i know that this proyect would be great in the future, maybe one of the top hosting panels.

Happy invest.

This solution only applies to cwp webpanel SSL at port 2031.

What happend with https of the cwp domains?
I guess the vHost files would be affected on the same way because the Elastic IP.

Can u check for that?

Updates / Re: Disable auto-updater
« on: May 01, 2015, 07:23:42 PM »
Even if the code of cron.php is not readable, non https connections can be readed/interpreted just watching traffic.

I think cron.php does more than just try update, but im not sure just now.

I'd prefer to wait for a developer/admin/moderator answer instead lost time playing that.

How to / Re: Install and Configure Haproxy

Best of luck, i'll read.

I guess there are a thing that is more important also.

Shared IP, shared VPS, VPS ip rotation, and so on.
The IP you block today maybe is not under the same management next month.

It's really better to just block attacks, not IP's or whatsoever.

Apache / Re: Website File Locations
« on: May 01, 2015, 05:33:55 PM »
Bosman, you must edit the vHost templates.

This is applied when:
  • A new domain/subdomain is created.
  • When you use vHost rebuild option.

CentOS 6 Problems / Re: About permisions on the users
« on: April 24, 2015, 08:34:52 PM »
I got more problems with that.
The values of processes or opened files are long far from the real use (5~10 processes, 10~20 files opened) so i don't think is a problem from users.

Seems it's a bug on the software that im running but I'm not 100% sure, still researching.

I've try a new user with no quotas at all and no lucky. I found a workaround to use the app only with root using LibSSH2 ;) and profiles.

The most boring thing... is that i got this problem with firefox :(
I don't believe that a Centos 6.6 user cannot use Firefox without root account...

Some suggestion about that is higly appreaciated.

I agree with VOLUNTARY upgrade. I prefer the things than i can fire when i like to do.
Like doublecheck the things too.

Even if you configure rsync... what happend if few hours/days ago the remote server stop working and you fuckup your hosting because autoupdate? Then you cry.

I guess my web server is important enough to check before big changes.

pedromidiasf There's no
Code: [Select]
/usr/local/rtm/bin/rtm FILE at CWP.
The rtm it's a real time monitoring tool. I guess you are running a OVH VPS (http://guias.ovh.es/RealTimeMonitoring).

So this cron job is nothing about update CWP.

to DEVELOPER: Do we have a easy way to do that?

In what way is that list maintained or exact?

Where do you get the "bad ip's"?
Do you know there are a lot of internet listings about blacklisted IP?

Im interesting now on what servers are under those IP's :)

42
mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables >res 2>&1 &

This is the way. I got my own version of that script from long time ago, but yours is clear ;)

Thank you.

Bullten, do you have some "noob guide" for Haproxy load-balancing?
I never play that :)

Installation / Re: İnstallation Error
« on: April 24, 2015, 07:56:48 PM »
I got too this error when triying to build into a very lowend 128Mb ram box.

Installation FAILED at php, so you dont have it installed.
Once you reach that, all the rest will fail, like the sh: line 46: /usr/local/bin/php: no such file or directory. This is because php was not installed.

You need more RAM or the Swap addition. I have 512Mb ram + 256Mb Swap and i can run it.

Maybe i can share my binaries with you. Also, i guess the CWP proyect can host their own binaries as a facility to the users

Apache / Re: Default Page Displayed for all domains
« on: April 24, 2015, 07:48:41 PM »
I've reintalled my CWP few weeks ago and is working out of the box (Centos 6.6 64bit).

I really think you missed some step. Rebuild all your vhost files. Double check the IP you have set as main.

Check for the install log, and also for lastest logs of the Apache.
Paste them and we will check. (Remember to wipe out sensitive data)
