Assuming that you mean /etc/cron.daily/cwp ..
Nothing. (Both 247 bytes.)
Can't tell you more than that due to stupid encoding of /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron.php
, for example.

what is stupid encoding ?
i need to ask ioncube about your stupid behavior towards them.
