Title: Lets Encrypt manager is gone.
Post by: pixelpadre on May 23, 2018, 11:35:33 PM
So its time to renew my letsencrypt ssl certificates.  But it is no longer an option.  CWP wants up to purchase ssl certificates now.  Not good.

Its not gone, It has been replaced with SSL Certificates new module.

Go to Apache Settings >>SSL Certificates

Here you will find the new and improved SSL module with more options.

SSL certificates replaces old letsencrypt which shouldn't be used for a very long time now as you had a notification about this also for a long time in the same letsencrypt module.

the new module has autossl and also allows you to manually renew one or all certificates also it has auto-renew 30days before expiring date.

I had no notification ever.  CWP was updated automatically without LE.

Who says Letsencrypt should not be used for a very long time?  It wasnt Letencrypt who said that was it?

BTW why do my certificates show you(studio4host) as the issuer?

Maybe I should install Letsencrypt manually....certbot https://certbot.eff.org/docs/install.html (https://certbot.eff.org/docs/install.html)
