www and without www doesnt opens with ssl automatically why ?

Hi,

I installed letsencrypt for my domain but when i visit my website by just typing www.example.com or example.com it doesnt load certificate or shows website is secure, what shall i do.

I am able to visit https://www.example.com or https://example.com

What shall i do now ? reply in detail with correct answer and solution.

i got the problem solved by adding redirect in vhost
