Title: SAN entry not working - "main cert" running fine

Hello !

We try add SAN cpanel and mail for anything domain, but the SAN not add and GUI not show anything information.

Our enviroment using centOS 8, NGINX and Apache proxy

The DNS entry are fine and resolver both entry CPANEL and MAIL address.

We check forum befor prot the topic and not find athin aboult SANs entry.

Please, where, we beging the "debug" to try solved the problem.
