Title: So how do I *actually* install SSL?
Post by: sharede on May 09, 2015, 04:02:56 PM
Yes, I read the "1. Install SSL 2. Done" "guide" here (http://forum.centos-webpanel.com/ssl/how-to-install-multiple-ssl-certificates-on-shared-ip/) but that wasn't really helpful.

Now really, I generated the self-signed cert (which works just fine), but next there is no "Browse installed SSL Certificates" options and the "edit file "/etc/pki/tls/certs/DOMAIN.COM.cert"" means edit how?

I only got .crt files from Comodo so none of them match anything. Also now for some reasong my httpd shows as not running even though it does, so I guess this venture was very succesfull after all.

in ssl manager you can click on the file and edit it.

Hey CWP Team,

When you guys get a little free time, consider an article with how to guide for installing any of the free SSL with CWP (Multiple Domain)

For Dumb and Newbee like me, it would be really helpful..

Thanks..

The proper tutorial would be nice, as the short description of how to install SSl is outdated and doesn't help at all. I'm still having trouble after 2 days of trying to figure out. I thought I installed it (from like fifth time), but now I get not trusted errors in browser. So i guess there was something wrong with bundles and stuff. Theres nothing explained about that. So I figure the developers don't know themselves... Sad.
