SSL for FQDN

Hey guys,

great work - the panel is doing well and fast.

But i've a problem.
i have a fqdn s1.domain.com and some user accounts with domains

i want install a SSL ( not self signed ) for my fqdn for ftp, mail and so on
but where? Through the panel i can only generate keys / install SSL for client domains but not for my fqdn
