Regarding support for all wordpress plugin average use through php cache, such as zend cache/ opcache, xcache, eaccelerator and others.
Please a developer can implement to support cache php plugin either one alone. I suggest to opcache / zend cache, because opcache very popular and I myself felt very influential.
