improve information level in the root panel to avoid confusion and waste of time

It would be really appreciated if there where clear information in some areas of the root panel:

SELinux area - that there is no CWP support for it and that it should remain disabled, not even set to permissive
php_switch_v - switching the PHP version will fail if SELinux is not disabled
mod_security - that there is no CWP support for it and enabling it may incur unintended issues
